Terms for payment and booking of camping or guest harbour pitch at Mellanfjärdens Camping & Guest Harbour.
These terms apply between Mellanfjärdens Fiskehamnsförening Org.no: 887500-3728 and the person who, themselves or through another person, books/pays for a camping or guest harbour pitch at Mellanfjärdens Camping & Guest Harbour. The orderer/payer is referred to as "Customer" in the terms. The supplier is referred to as "We" or "Mellanfjärdens Camping & Guest Harbour". The booking/payment concerns the rental of a camping or guest harbour pitch at Mellanfjärdens Camping & Guest Harbour.
Customers/guests at Mellanfjärdens Camping & Guest Harbour are obliged to follow the rules of conduct found in their entirety at www.mellanfjardenscamping.se. Customers/guests who do not comply with these regulations may be removed from the area by the staff at Mellanfjärdens Camping & Guest Harbour.
To book/pay for a pitch, the customer must be at least 18 years of age. To complete the payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or BankID and Swish is required.
The price includes rental of the pitch as well as connection (incl. consumption) of electricity (10 amperes). When booking a pitch without electricity, only the rental of the pitch is included.

All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) of 12% for the rental of camping pitches. For guest harbour pitches and additional services, Value Added Tax (VAT) is included at 25%. All amounts are stated in SEK.
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, this must be checked to ensure that all details are correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/orderer to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is accurate. The booking confirmation is sent by email and as a text message (SMS).
In the event of an error, Mellanfjärdens Camping & Guest Harbour must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival. Changes after this are not possible.
Payment is made directly, also at the time of booking.
Cancellation can only be made online via the link you receive in the confirmation email when you book.
Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited and is not included in the daily rate. In case of unauthorised charging, a fee of SEK 750 will be charged per charging occasion.
Mellanfjärdens Camping & Guest Harbour is not liable for forgotten items or damage caused by third parties.
Each electrical outlet is rated at 10 amperes, which essentially only provides power for charging. Excess power draw risks knocking out all or part of our electrical network. In cases of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice the repair costs. One outlet per motorhome or caravan.

This is an agreement made between the customer (orderer) and Mellanfjärdens Camping & Guest Harbour. The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if:
If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately leave the area. In the event of destruction or disruptive behaviour, damages may be claimed from the customer.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events considered force majeure, Mellanfjärdens Camping & Guest Harbour may rescind the agreement, in which case the customer and guests shall be notified as soon as possible. Mellanfjärdens Camping & Guest Harbour is in such cases obliged to refund the amount that has been paid, with the exception of the benefit the customer has derived from the pitch.
